I have one week under my belt and it feels great. I logged 10 miles this first week. It was a combo of jogging and speed walking but I finished each distance that was set for us with the team.

My goal is to be able to jog the complete three mile stretch on Tuesday and Thursday this week when we meet as a team to run.
