Today was a bit hard running my three miles by myself. I got out of work a little early and didn’t want to sit around for nearly two hours so I ran alone. I didn’t have my running partner Candi there and I could really tell the difference. I did move my feet three miles but not as well as I would have liked. I just have to keep remembering to keep moving and get through it all. This week I have 6 miles with the aim of four on Saturday.

Kanye’s song “Stronger” was a bit of inspiration. That might become my power song for when I need a boost of energy.
