This week our CSA boxes were full of beautiful ears of corn and green beans. And thanks to my coworker, I took a little twist on what she made.

ingredients

2 ears of corn, cut off the cob
1 cup of green beans, snapped
1 lb of salmon in bourbon
3 tbsp butter, melted
4 garlic cloves, minced
salt and pepper to taste

directions

Preheat oven to 375. Toss green beans in 2 tbs of butter with garlic, salt and pepper. place green beans in baking dish and roast for 10 minutes.

While green beans are in the oven, combine 1 tbsp butter, garlic, salt, pepper and corn in bowl. Set aside.

After 10 minutes, remove green beans from oven. Combine green beans, corn and salmon in baking dish.

Place dish back in oven and bake for 25 minutes.
