This week we were greeted by lots of green vegetable with a few splashes of red.

This week’s box:
Kale
Broccoli
Bib Lettuce
Bok Choy
Romaine Lettuce
Tomatoes
Corn

I still have a good number of vegetables from last week that I need to use this week. I foresee me prepping food for the freezer to be dropped into the crock pot. My running and workouts at the gym are taking more and more time. It leaves little time in the evening to eat at a reasonable time after I get home.
